Novaris founder and lead craftsman, Jason Hagan has spent nearly 20 years in the real estate and home construction industry. Jason got his start as a mortgage broker specializing in investment properties, later as a speculator for real estate investors. It was that experience that led to his love of searching for homes in need of a new life. By imagining the possibilities, constructing the design, and remodeling according to that design with his own hands he started to realize the possibility were truly endless. Skilled as a carpenter, Jason often channels his artistic side to see things the average builder and homeowner could never envision on their own. In 2000, he formed JSH Construction to provide the integrity, quality and creativity homeowners were looking for in a home builder and remodeler. Since that time Jason has served hundreds of clients throughout the St. Louis region. The company was rebranded as Novaris Construction in 2015 to signify the “New Reality” that Jason and his team delivered to homeowners through their service, commitment to quality, and unique approach they bring to each project.
